Carson Lynn is a digital artist and photographer based out of Los Angeles, CA.

His artwork serves as a commentary on the falsity of photorealism.  A photograph is a recording of light, and whether the light has its basis in the physical world or virtual-existential space, it is easily manipulated and controlled.

Many of his projects involve utilizing photographic processes in unique ways.  Some of the techniques he has employed include infrared scanning, photogrammetry, computer-generated imagery, and rephotography.  However, many of the images have little or no manipulation done to them and only rely on the viewers preconceptions of photography.

Carson Lynn graduated from ArtCenter College of Design in 2015.
